Now 70 years old (2007), Phillip Walker has made one of the best albums of his career. He's picked songs from artists that have influenced him, like Percy Mayfield, Lowell Fulson, and Lonesome Sundown. This album has a nice variety of songs and styles - from low-down (Champion Jack Dupree's "Bad Blood") to funky (Percy Mayfield's "Lying Woman"). By Tommy Forsgren (Amazon)

A Blues-man that was unknown to me, kudos to "Jamesie the Discoverer" for all his late night hours of research, another gem!
Walker really impressed me with his "Old School Electric Blues" , 13 quality tracks results in a 4.25 rating!!
